The annual HERO Forum for Employee Health Management Solutions continues to bring emerging and established trends in employee wellness to the forefront of the market place. This year's theme "Pathways to Sustainability" will look at the strategies for creating and sustaining effective EHM programs in today's business environment. HERO is seeking speakers for the 2012 program. We continue to invite leading best practice programs to blend with experienced industry professionals creating an innovative and cutting edge program on employee health management. If you are interested in presenting a keynote, innovators workshop, networking table, or fitness session we invite you to submit a proposal. Our attendees learn from the best what they need do and how they do it. This environment is designed to generate conversation to provide insight and answers.

Keynote Speakers

These 60 minute sessions are divided between presentation and Q&A.  Keynote presentations are on industry leading edge topics and issues.  Read submission details

Innovators Workshops

New for 2012 HERO will add one workshop to each concurrent time slot focusing on innovative tools and techniques.  Submit a proposal If your company is using an innovative tool, program, or methodology in any of these topic areas:

  • Corporate culture
  • Communications
  • Obesity
  • Tobacco
  • Stress
  • Nutrition
  • Environment

These 75 minute sessions are divided equally between presentation of the tool, program, or methodology and group discussion.  A small group or interactive exercise in the session is recommended but not required.   Read submission details

Networking Tables

These 60 minute sessions are informal, small group conversations on a selected topic with no formal presentation.  Each table is lead by a facilitator who starts the conversation, ensures the group stays on topic, that all participants have the chance to share, and takes notes on the discussion for possible publication following the Forum.  Read submission details

Fitness Activities

New in 2012 these 30 - 60 minute informal small group exercise sessions can be held in the facilities fitness center, or outside, either before the start of the first session in the morning, during the lunch break, or in the evening hours.
